1. Summary

Fortune is sister work with Apparachia. It was tightened with bitters in the same way. I feel that Aromatic matches better than Orange bitters in the case of the Brandy. Because the leading parts are Brandy and Cranberry, you had better put Maraschino a little. It is the point to leave the flavor of the Brandy. I used Courvoisier for the Brandy.

2. Recipe

1oz. Cognac 1teaspoonful Maraschino 1oz. Cranberry juice 2dashes Aromatic Bitters Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
