Brandy Scramble

1. Summary

The Brandy cocktail which has cacao flavor.
The taste of Maraschino comes first, the taste of Cacao comes at the end.

This cocktail is designed simply and has the taste that is easy to be understood.The taste may be refined when you reduce the quantity of Maraschino.
I used Montesquiou (not Cognac but Armagnac) for Brandy.
2. Recipe

1oz. Cognac
1/2oz. Creme de Cacao
1/3oz. Maraschino

Use 8oz. tumbler and fill up with Orange juice.
