1. Summary

The aperitif of Brandy.
I make it from the liqueurs of France, Italy, Switzerland.
The Genepi is the herb that grows wild in Chamonix mountain chain and that shows tremendous effect on tone, rheumatism and coldness.
Alpine has something peculiar. But that is good.
It is much better when you make it up so that the flavor of the Brandy is left well.
I used Brandy Montesquiou like usual.


2. Recipe

1oz. Armagnac
3/4oz. Dry Vermouth
1/4oz. Genepi liqueur

Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
