A brandy cocktail like cake.
This time, the slowness of Gum syrup is important.
My aim is to bring out the flavor of sweetness of Gum syrup
by Brandy and Kuei Hua.
I used Martell VSOP this time. It's simple and elegant. I
think it's the best Brandy.
It would be a waster to use it for cocktails.
