1. Summary

It is July 7th today. So the theme is the Star Festival.This cocktail's color implies the twilight on 7th July. Passoa is an exotic liqueur made from passion fluits. I felt it might also use Brandy, I used the ingredient that is made from grapes. As you can find the notice on the label of bottle, the Passoa tastes good when it is mixed with citrus fruits. Star Vega tasted better than I had throught, though Passoa has peculiar taste. If you change somewhere, it might be good to reduce Passoa. I Used Decaumont Napoleon, Cinzano Extra Dry.

2. Recipe

1oz. Brandy 1/2oz. Passoa 1/2oz. Dry Vermouth 1dash Aromatic Bitters Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
