1. Summary

A concept is hot drink which makes Calvados the base and has refined tastes. It becomes the taste of a feeling like the boiling water edition of the apple pie so that cinnamon may come in, too. A lemon and a lemon slice were taken so that it might not taste of water (boiling water). And, even stick-shaped cinnamon is good.

2. Recipe

2oz. Apple Brandy 1/2oz. Disaronno 2teaspoonful Lemon Juice 1teaspoonful Powdered sugar Use 8oz. heatproof tumbler and fill up with very hot water. Sprinkle powdered cinnamon on the surface. Decorate with a lemon slice.
