The theme is to make the cousin of Brandy Alexander, that has the chocolate flavor. This cocktail suits for after meal because it has strong taste. I used Marquis de Montescuiou for Armagnac.
1oz. Armagnac 1/2oz. Mozart Liqueur 1/2oz. Fresh Cream
Shake well and strain into saucer champagne glass.
