1. Summary

The unique combination of Gin and horseradish. A Japanese-style cocktail that has luxurious Gin and hidden taste of horseradish. It seems to be suitable for Aperitif. It becomes quite dry cocktail. Makes the taste mild by shaking. You had better stop making it by stirring. I used Horseradish liqueur from Azumino Nagano.

2. Recipe

2/3 London Dry Gin 1/6 Wasabi Liqueur 1/6 Lemon juice 1dash Orange Bitters Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
