Twilight

1. Summary

The short cocktail which makes violet a base.
The cocktail which mades violet the base can't be found as much as violet fizz even in the cocktail with the number.

If we make fizz, we mind that we have to use soda-water all and have too much quantity to drink as a night cap. so, I made Twilight.

Sour condition is a life for this cocktail. Tighten a taste with orange bitters at the end.
2. Recipe

2/3oz. Parfait Amour
4/3oz. Dry Vermouth
2teaspoonful Lemon Juice
1dash Orange Bitters

Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
Serve with a cherry.
