Rare Cocktail

1. Summary

It is a rare cocktail that includes horseradish, the root of Gentian and Mint. It may be for summer because harmonious bitterness is left in the end. When the grated fresh horseradish is added, it may become rarer. Of course, it is suitable for Aperitif.I feel it fits light meal well like canapes. I used Horseradish liqueur from Azumino Nagano.

2. Recipe

1oz. Wasabi Liqueur 1oz. Suze 1teaspoonful Peppermint Green Use 8oz. tumbler and fill up with tonic-water. Decorate with a slice of lemon.
