A digestif cocktail. Tiffin and Zubrowka has blurry taste, and I added Cognac and Aromatic bitters to sharpen the edge of the taste. This caused me to feel a spring air, and I named it "Spring Air". Tiffin is made from darjeeling teas.
1oz. Tiffin 1/2oz. Zubrowka 1/2oz. Cognac 1dash Aromatic bitters
Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
