The healthy cocktail which drunk
yoghurt was used for.
The sourness and sweetness which is characteristic of the
yoghurt can be used for the cocktail.
This time, I tried to finish it in degestif style.
Though 4oz.Harcourt is being used in the photograph, you can
use any glass (old fashioned, gobret, wineglass, etc.).
Then, change quantity suitably.
An attention point is to go down to the bottom without
probably floating when combining yoghurt with spirits.
I thinks that there can be mints in the
decoration.
