1. Summary

The sunset glow cocktail in the southern style.
The natural combination of Rum, Passoa, Orange and Soda.

There is no attention point specially. Passoa and orange are well suitable, and it is of value to try to drink even only Passoa & Orange. It becomes "sour-sweet" taste.

I used Bacardi Silver for rum, Remy Japon's Passoa and Baccarat Rohan.
2. Recipe

1oz. White Rum
1oz. Passoa

Use tumbler and fill up with orange juice and soda-water in the ratio of 3 to 1. Decorate with fluits in season.
