1. Summary

A theme is the legitimate descent cocktail of the Rum base.
I tried to make the combination with Benedictin liqueur whose congeniality is good, and rum.
I used lemon and sugar for the addition and compensation of sweetness and the sourness and to produce the image of dead leaves.
I used Pastis and Orange Bitters for the accent of the taste and the smell and the one for tightening at the end.
A degree of freedom of the taste can be taken greatly by your moderating the amount of syrup.
It seems that this cocktail has the width which can cope with it even if white or yolk is put.


2. Recipe

1/2 White Rum
1/4 B&B Liqueur (DOM Liqueur)
1/4 Lemon Juice
1teaspoonful Sirop de Gomme
1dash Pastis
1dash Orange bitters

Shake well and strain into Martini glass.
