Haikara Cocktail

1. Summary

Classy finishing of Tequila.
Though its color seems sweet, it is middle. Alcohol is about 12%vol.
It has the taste that make a juice that is long ago to the cocktail. It is for summer, though you can drink it without sense of incongruity even winter.

The smell of the fragrant olive in Kuei Hua Chen Chiew is good. I will buy it only for the smell.
I tried to use Rohan that is classy, too.If you want to put the lemon, please put it.
2. Recipe

1oz. Tequila
1/2oz. Kuei Hua Chen Chiew
1/2oz. Cointreau
1teaspoonful Sirop de Grenadine

Use 8oz. tumbler. Fill up with Zima. Decorate with a slice of lemon.
