The Standard cocktail made of Tequila. It has the taste that no one will get tired of this cocktail. It is suitable for an aperitif, and maybe fit for Mexican cooking. Tequila and Orange are suited for each other, too. I used Olmeca this time.
1oz. Tequila 1/3oz. Dry Vermouth 2/3oz. Orange Juice 2dashes Aromatic Bitters
Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
