It is a green, beautiful, short cocktail. The smell and taste of Mint come first, and the taste with plain vermouth comes later on the way. It is a cocktail for summer. I used Camino Real Blanco this time.
1oz. Tequila 1/3oz. Charleston Maya 2/3oz. Dry Vermouth 1teaspoonful Peppermint Green
Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
3oz. Martini glass
