I used " Macadia " this time which is made by Suntory Limited in Japan.
The Macadia is made from Maca and Rose hip.
It has a retro-flavored taste. I mix it with tequila because their origins are near.
I think that it matches Japanese food and western dishes passably well and matches tropical food very well such as Mexican, Thai and Vietnamese food.
