The trial production of the short
cocktail which Dita was used for.
Because it was the first time to make the cocktail which
Dita was used, I tried to make it as an experiment by using
Tequila which is thought that a taste will match it.
(Tequila3/4, Dita1/4).
Quantities were changed and a taste was prepared in the
lemon, because the taste was too strong, though smell was
good as the expectation.
The liquor which Dita is suitable for is Gin, Tequila, Rum,
Vodka.
The liquor which is the most suitable for is Gin. I think
brandy, whiskey and wine do not suit for Dita. I think that
it matches citrus fruits well with anything. Though I was
not necessarily especially conscious, it can be said that it
is a dita version of Margarita.
