Make it in commemoration of the 50th work of the original cocktail. According to the present schedule, I'll make my own cocktails untill 100th work. Then I'll check recipes in a half year because the degree of completion of some cocktails seem to be low. Since then, I'll start again from the 101st work. This cocktail fits the image of the alcohol which I was thinking about in my childhood. The sticky full body cocktail.Though it becomes plain taste if it made only by Tequila and Dubonnet, I added cognac and orange bitters and complexity was increased. I made it by the shake style because few people seemed to support the way that is not cooled and sticky style. |

1/2 Tequila Shake well and strain into cocktail glass. |
