ブランデーのホットカクテル。 レモネード風な味に仕上がります。 型としてはキューバンカクテルのホット版のようなイメージです。 最初はジェネピを使って作っていたんですが、どうも馴染まないので、最終的にはアプリコットを入れています。 ブランデーはマーテルを使ってみました。
1jigger. Cognac 1/2oz. Apricot Brandy 1/3oz. Lemon juice 1teaspoonful Powdered sugar
Use 8oz. heatproof tumbler and fill up with very hot water. Decorate with a lemon slice.
